Position: Hot Tub Service Technician
About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Service Technician to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and helping customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Perform spa repairs, maintenance, and accessory installations as scheduled.

Problem solving & efficiency.

Accurately complete job reports and manage warranty parts.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications:

Valid G license with a clean driving record.

Legally eligible to work in Canada.
-
Previous experience as a Service Technician in the hot tub or related industry is preferred.

Must have hands-on experience in maintenance and repair.
-
Must provide your own steel-toe boots.
