Position: Hot Tub Service Technician

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Service Technician to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and helping customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform spa repairs, maintenance, and accessory installations as scheduled.

• Problem solving & efficiency.

• Accurately complete job reports and manage warranty parts.

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications:

• Valid G license with a clean driving record.

• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

• Previous experience as a Service Technician in the hot tub or related industry is preferred.

• Must have hands-on experience in maintenance and repair.

• Must provide your own steel-toe boots.
